Privacy Policy
Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
6th Street Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital studio run by Walter Armijos and Robert Jimenez. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, company, website, what you are interested in, and the context you write in the message field.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use this only to understand traffic and keep the site working.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your request, schedule a conversation, and follow up about working together. That is the only reason we ask for it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and sent to us by email so we can reply. These providers process the data on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to follow up and maintain our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us at any time. Just reach out through the contact form and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update how we handle information, we will update this page. This policy was last updated on June 5, 2026.
